Finance Clerk (50–60%) (w/m/d) Your tasks: Independent management of the ongoing accounts payable accounting, including checking, entering, and posting invoices, vouchers, and bank transactions Maintenance, reconciliation, and control of financial accounts as well as ensuring correct and timely posting of all business transactions Administration and monitoring of open items as well as support in accounts receivable accounting and dunning management Active participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in cooperation with the finance management Support in the optimization and further development of accounting processes as well as participation in administrative tasks in the finance area Deputizing for the secretariat, particularly in the area of telephone services and general administrative activities Your profile: Completed commercial training, ideally in the construction industry, fiduciary services, or a comparable environment with sound accounting understanding Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in an SME, or ongoing further training for the Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as a strong affinity for digital tools and processes Experience with accounting software such as SORBA or comparable systems as well as the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new applications Structured, exact, and reliable way of working with high quality standards and a sense of responsibility Team player, discreet, and committed personality who recognizes potential for improvement, acts independently, and wishes to continuously develop professionally Are you ready to take on a versatile and responsible task where you can fully utilize your strengths in finance?
