You will directly shape the synergies between insurance and banking from the bank's customer service. Payment transactions are a central core service: they must function reliably and be customer-oriented. Use your scope for design to achieve measurable impact in constant change and continuously increase our performance. What you achieve ##   • You lead the Payment Transactions team technically and personally, and establish a positive performance culture. • You ensure efficient, secure, and high-quality operational operations. • You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the implementation of internal instructions and controls. • You continuously optimize processes, services, and workflows and drive efficiency improvements. • You represent the department significantly in cross-departmental initiatives. • You actively develop the strategic orientation of our payment transactions. • You work in partnership with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and outsourcing partners. What you bring ##   • Several years of professional experience in payment transactions at a bank. • In-depth knowledge of payment transaction processes and relevant regulatory requirements. • Leadership experience or strong potential and clear motivation for the next career step. • High quality awareness, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented, structured way of working. • Pronounced implementation strength with pleasure in actively driving changes forward. • Communication-strong personality with pronounced team and service orientation. • Stylistically correct German language skills; knowledge of French, Italian, and English is an advantage.
