CONTEXT

The Project Manager Infrastructure operates in a multi-site industrial environment, within a matrix organization. They contribute to the coordination and delivery of infrastructure projects in interaction with several internal and external teams. The role requires an understanding of domain practices, an ability to structure activity, and significant autonomy to guarantee the progress, quality, and consistency of projects.

YOUR ROLE

Lead the coordination and execution of projects: define objectives, plan actions, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, analyze variances, and prepare reports for management. The Infra PM ensures the smooth flow of information, anticipates risks, directs the work of project contributors, and ensures the overall performance of deliverables.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structure scope, deliverables, risks, and planning.
• Coordinate project activities and supervise execution.
• Synthesize progress and prepare status reports.
• Maintain effective interactions with stakeholders.
• Contribute, depending on experience, to local commercial activities (representation, demand creation, customer services).
• Data analysis, field monitoring, and operational activities.

SKILLS & PROFILE

• Master Engineer
• Min 10-15 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of domain concepts and practices (projects, infrastructure).
• Ability to plan, coordinate, structure, and monitor complex actions.
• Strong autonomy, sense of judgment, and ability to manage varied tasks.
• Creativity, adaptability, and ability to take initiative.
• Fluent French
• Fluent English (min B2)
