Job Description ##

• You take care of the professional commissioning and repair work of heat pumps and Comfort-Clima.
• You undertake the careful maintenance of these devices according to the high Buderus quality standards.
• You analyze and resolve faults - expertly, quickly, and independently.
• You advise customers on the ideal settings of the devices according to personal customer needs.
• You inform plant owners about the comprehensive advantages of Buderus maintenance contracts.
• You perform on-call duty (Pikett) in consultation with the team.

Qualifications ##

• Education: EFZ training; preferably in the electrical, heating, mechanical, or automotive industry, NIV-15 qualification
• Personality and way of working: reliable, independent, service-oriented, resilient, and flexible
• Experience: Sound experience in the field of heat pumps
• Languages: Proficient German skills
