Your role with us:

• You care for and nurse our customers in their homes and take on both basic and treatment care.
• You recognize changes early, record them carefully, and pass on relevant information.
• You provide advice and support to relatives.
• You actively engage in the further development of our care quality.
• You work closely with the employees responsible for the case.

What distinguishes you:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) or an equivalent qualification
• Joy in working with people and a high sense of responsibility
• The ability to independently assess nursing situations and act appropriately
