Social Pedagogue (female or male)

The Zentrum Auf der Leiern in Gelterkinden BL is operated by the private -Stiftung Leiern- and has a service agreement with the Canton BL. We offer boarding school care and special school services with integrated therapeutic offers for around 45 children and adolescents.
For a student residential group, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement

a Social Pedagogue (female or male) 60-80% ##

We expect: ###

• corresponding professional training (HF or FH)
• ability for goal-oriented pedagogical action
• experience and enjoyment in dealing with children and adolescents with behavioral issues
• high communication skills in interdisciplinary cooperation
• stable, assertive personality with an optimistic basic attitude and humor
• ability to work in a team, readiness for cross-departmental cooperation
• flexibility and readiness for shift work including night and weekend presence
• proficiency in administrative matters and good PC skills
• driver's license
