Project Manager Sanitary

Requirements:

• Planning and execution of sanitary systems for office, commercial, and industrial buildings as well as single-family and multi-family houses
• Development of renovation proposals for existing systems
• Management of projects from concept to commissioning
• Qualitative and financial controlling of ongoing projects
• Creation of calculations and offers
• Participation in order, construction, and coordination meetings

Your profile:

• Completion as Sanitary Installer EFZ with additional training as Chief Installer or as Building Services Planner EFZ specializing in Sanitary or higher qualifications Master, Technician HF/TS
• Social competence, willingness and ability to lead installation teams
• Enthusiasm, teamwork skills
• Good German skills in spoken and written
• Enjoyment of demanding work and exciting projects
• Driver's license Cat. B
