With your expertise, you analyze labor market attractiveness, conduct advisory interviews, and develop reintegration strategies for job seekers. Your fast, reliable, and high-quality way of working makes you an indispensable part of our team.

Your tasks

• Analysis of the labor market attractiveness of clients as well as the labor market situation for the job search area
• Conduct of impact-oriented advisory interviews with the goal of leading clients from various groups of persons, ages, and nationalities quickly and permanently back into the labor market
• Development of solution-oriented, transparent, and binding reintegration strategies, continuous review and adjustment in follow-up interviews
• Targeted use of labor market measures
• Reflection and optimization of advisory activities within the framework of the strategy of public job placement as well as legal requirements

Your profile

• Completed vocational training
• Min. five years of proven professional experience
• Readiness to complete the course for HR specialists in specialization B and to acquire the federal professional diploma, if you do not already have a federal professional diploma for HR specialists or for social insurance specialists
• Very good oral and written German skills, further oral language skills are an advantage
• Very good IT user knowledge
