More than a theater - the Casinotheater brings together gastronomy, theater and events under one roof. We place our cooks at the center of our attention. Our approximately 60 employees ensure every day that our guests leave the establishment with a smile. With more than 250 theatrical performances and approximately 400 corporate and private events per year, the Casinotheater Winterthur is one of the leading cultural and event venues in the region. The Casinotheater has the restaurant Fredi, an à la carte restaurant with about 85 seats, with a terrace & a lounge in summer as well as a cocktail bar. The cuisine offers innovative and creative dishes, prepared with much love.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for from September or by agreement a:

Your tasks:

• Autonomous preparation of cold and hot dishes for our à la carte restaurant Fredi as well as for banquets and events
• Ensure the quality and presentation of the dishes
• Respect hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
• Efficient organization and coordination of work processes in the kitchen
• Collaboration with a kitchen team of approximately 20 people, including apprentices, in an annual operation

What you bring:

• Completed training as a cook CFC
• First professional experience in à la carte and/or in production or in banquet
• Team spirit and capacity to learn as well as flexibility and resistance to stress
• Autonomous and structured way of working
• Availability for irregular hours (evening and weekend work with room hour)
