Main tasks
Creating offers
Creating calculations and investment requests
Creating and processing vending machine orders
Checking order confirmations
Creating contracts and framework agreements
Creating individual customer letters
Creating, processing and forwarding changes and cancellations
Creating customer evaluations and analyses
Entering data into various systems
Interface function between different departments (direct customer care is rather rare)
Special tasks as specified
Tasks within a project, independent coordination, monitoring and cooperation
Education
Completed commercial or equivalent training
Initial professional experience in sales back office
Very good IT user knowledge (Movex, Microsoft CRM, Office programmes, Outlook)
Native language [sic - ösisch] as well as stylistically confident German in spoken and written form
Very good English skills are an advantage
