Head / Service Manager: Sanitär

Tasks:
Technical and personnel leadership of our dedicated service team
Care of demanding objects and active expansion of our portfolio through the conclusion of new service contracts
Creation of efficient resource and route planning, coordination of on-call service and ensuring smooth processes during maintenance, repairs and commissioning
Calculation of service offers, material procurement as well as budget compliance and billing of service orders
Ensuring the high quality standard of our services and compliance with occupational safety guidelines

Profile:
Successfully completed basic training EFZ with many years of experience
Many years of experience in the sanitary service business
Leadership experience
High quality awareness, negotiation skills and strong service orientation
Reliable and responsible personality with a well-groomed appearance
Stylish German language skills in speaking and writing and driving license Kat. B are mandatory
