MAIN MISSIONS

• Take charge of stable patients
• Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team and work in a close partnership with the nursing team
• Provide varied and personalized care under nursing delegation, in a responsible and autonomous manner according to the job description
• Ensure continuity of care by performing fluid and rigorous written and oral handovers

SKILLS - REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a CFC as an assistant in community nursing and health
• Having experience in acute care, particularly in Medicine, would be an asset
• Demonstrate dynamism and motivation
• Be team-oriented and flexible
• Possess communication skills, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility
