Das Amt für Wald und Naturgefahren (AWN) is the cantonal specialist office for the forest and protection against natural hazards. The employees of the AWN are committed to the needs of society in the forest and ensure that the forest is managed sustainably. You ensure that the Grisons forest can protect people, animals and infrastructure, is a habitat for diverse animal and plant species, is a raw material supplier of wood, water and energy, can continue to be a space for recreation and leisure for people.
