Job description
Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung EFZ Children do not need perfect adults, but real people with heart, humor and joy in everyday Kita life. Do you recognize yourself in this? Then apply now! From 1. November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you as Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung EFZ with a workload of 60% or 100%. Your tasks

You take over the professional care of the toddlers
Support the team in all four mixed-age groups
You conduct regular exchange with the parents via door and hinge conversations, as well as progress assessments
You bring creative ideas and inputs into everyday life
Your profile

You have the certificate Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung EFZ or a similar pedagogical training
You enjoy taking on creative and responsible tasks with toddlers
Spontaneity, flexibility and resilience characterize you
Working in a team gives you joy
