To complement our team, we are looking for an employee starting immediately or by arrangement for

CNC milling and grinding of precision parts (100%)

Your tasks:

• CNC milling and grinding of technical ceramics in the µm range (prototypes and series)
• Setup, programming, operation and monitoring of high-precision CNC milling machines incl. automation
• Machines: 5-axis simultaneous: Kern Mikro HD (Heidenhain TNC7), DMG Mori Evo 40 Linear (Siemens); 3-axis: DNM4500 4th Gen. (Heidenhain TNC7)
• CAM system: Esprit Edge
• Optimization of manufacturing processes
• Compliance with and ensuring of the required quality

Your profile:

• Completed technical training (polymechanic, precision mechanic or similar)
• Several years of experience in precision CNC milling or grinding (ideally in the 5-axis simultaneous range)
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Clean and precise way of working with components in the µm range
• Dexterity (components are generally between 1-16mm in diameter)
• Willingness to learn new things
• Flexible, team player, responsible, quick learner
• High self-motivation
