Assistant in community nursing and health (ASSC) at 80% - 100% ##

Main tasks:

• Accompany the patient in all daily life activities and provide care.
• Perform, upon delegation, medico-technical acts.
• Monitor and analyze patients' vital parameters.
• Prepare and administer medications.
• Perform dressing changes according to established protocols.
• Respect general and specific infection prevention measures according to the procedures used in the institution.
• Participate in various tasks of maintaining the patient's environment.
• Correctly document the computerized care file.

Required profile:

• Hold a CFC as an assistant in community nursing and health.
• Have experience in surgery or the willingness to acquire this experience.
• Master the French language, notions of a second language an asset.
• Aptitude for teamwork and multidisciplinary work.
• Have a sense of listening and communication with patients, the team, and doctors.
• Demonstrate patience and empathy.
• Demonstrate an ability to adapt to changes.
• Respect for professional secrecy.

Specifics:

• Work in surgery (orthopedics, gynecology, urology, ...)
• Majority of shifts in 12h
• Work during the week and weekend
• Majority of work during the day, some nights possible
