Tasks ###

• Responsible for the application management and operation of around 4,000 payment terminals
• Central interface between business, IT, internal departments as well as external partners (especially Worldline)
• Ensuring the smooth operation and support of the payment infrastructure and POS interfaces
• Processing and coordination of 2nd-level support cases together with UHD, field service technicians and external service providers.
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of rollouts, deployments and firmware updates
• Preparation, implementation and documentation of test cases within the framework of quality assurance
• Analysis of malfunctions, monitoring of systems as well as evaluation of logs for error identification and rectification

Profile ###

• Sound professional experience in the IT infrastructure or application management environment
• Very good knowledge in the field of Payment Solutions and payment transaction systems
• Sound experience with the Swiss ep2 standard
• Practical experience with POS integrations and POS interfaces
• Knowledge of Terminal Management Systems, including configuration
• Monitoring and software rollout management of large terminal fleets
• Experience in monitoring, log analysis as well as incident and problem management
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as English skills at level B2
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with strong communication and cooperation skills
