Team Leader Production

Main tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of a team of around 7 employees
• Responsibility for the area of laser welding, membrane embossing and tab welding
• Ensuring flawless quality and compliance with deadlines
• Technical support for employees as well as induction and training
• Minor maintenance work and repairs of the systems
• Collaboration on development and CIP projects
• Collaboration in production

Profile

• Completed training as a Polymachinist EFZ or comparable technical training
• Leadership experience in a production environment
• Enjoyment of technology, physics and mechanics
• Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT user knowledge (MS Office), know-how of ERP systems is an advantage
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working with rapid comprehension
• High reliability and strong quality awareness
• Team player, responsible and balanced personality
