Your tasks

• You lead the marketing department of Curaprox Schweiz with two employees and report directly to the management of Curaprox Schweiz.
• You strategically further develop the Curaprox brand in Switzerland and are responsible for the planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing activities.
• You develop marketing and sales promotion measures for professionals (B2B) as well as for end consumers (B2C).
• You define priorities together and plan product launches including success control.
• You are responsible for online marketing via social media, newsletters, e-shops, and search engines.
• Together with the trade fair team, you plan the strategic orientation of B2B and B2C trade fair appearances.
• You lead marketing projects, cooperations, and partnerships, actively work on the implementation, and are responsible for the cooperation with the PR agency.
• You assess sponsoring and donation requests and participate in the decision-making.

Your profile

• You have completed a university degree in marketing, communication, or business administration or a comparable training.
• You bring several years of experience in marketing, especially in the independent management and implementation of larger marketing projects.
• You are experienced in B2B and B2C marketing and have sound knowledge in online marketing.
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and can motivate and further develop a team. Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
• You communicate confidently in German, English, and French - orally and in writing.
• You think strategically and analytically, work in a structured manner, and actively participate in the implementation.
• You enjoy working with different teams, agencies, and external partners and have a convincing appearance.
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare market as well as experience in the dental or pharmaceutical industry are an advantage.
