HVAC Project Manager - Renovation (M/F)

Our client, a recognized company in the field of building technology, has mandated us to recruit an HVAC Project Manager (M/F) to support the development of its renovation activities in the canton of Geneva.

Missions

Reporting to the project management, you will take charge of the complete management of HVAC projects mainly within the framework of building renovations and transformations.

In this capacity, you are notably responsible for:

• Managing several projects simultaneously, from the study stage to the acceptance of works.
• Analyzing client needs and proposing solutions adapted to existing technical constraints.
• Preparing offers and ensuring the follow-up of tenders.
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the different phases of construction sites.
• Ensuring the interface with clients, engineering offices, architects, and partner companies.
• Participating in coordination meetings and guaranteeing the smooth flow of information.
• Monitoring the financial aspects of the business for which you are responsible.
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality of execution, and budgetary objectives.
• Supporting teams in the successful completion of projects.

Candidate Profile

• Training in building technology, ideally in heating, ventilation, or air conditioning.
• Proven experience in HVAC project management.
• Knowledge of the Geneva construction and renovation market, an asset.
• Ability to manage several businesses simultaneously.
• Ease in client relations and exchanges with the various project stakeholders.
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and initiative.
• Good command of standard IT tools.
• Driver's license required.
