Additionally, you actively support the continuous further development of the digital infrastructure in the public sector in order to meet increasing requirements and successfully master future challenges.

Your task ##

• Analysis and evaluation of business processes and systems to identify optimization potential and develop proposed solutions.
• Creation of detailed requirement documentation and specifications for digital projects in the public sector.
• Coordination and communication with various stakeholders, including IT teams, government authorities, and external partners, to ensure that project requirements are met.
• Support in the development and implementation of strategies for digital transformation and modernization of public infrastructure.
• Conducting market and data analyses to recognize trends and predict future technological requirements.
• Organization and management of workshops and meetings to capture and refine business requirements.
• Monitoring the progress of digitalization projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Your profile ##

• Completed studies in computer science, business information technology, or a similar field of study
• Several years of professional experience in the management/support of IT projects, ideally using the HERMES project management framework
• Sound knowledge of project management methods and tools as well as experience in the application of agile principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Certification in HERMES project management is an advantage
• German language skills mandatory, English and/or French language skills an advantage
