Your tasks

• Global strategic and operational responsibility for the Construction Materials & Wood sector
• Direction, motivation and development of the 65 employees and managers
• Steering of daily activities as well as continuous optimization of processes, key indicators and profitability
• Maintenance and development of important relationships with customers and partners as well as prospecting for new business opportunities
• Active participation in the development of the company as a member of the management

Your strengths

• Several years of experience in a leadership role with responsibility for results
• Basic training in crafts and knowledge in the construction materials and wood sector constitute an asset
• Pronounced entrepreneurial and strategic spirit, combined with a "hands-on" mentality
• Strong leader personality, capable of inspiring, developing employees and achieving objectives together
• Good understanding of key indicators, budgets and economic issues
• Strong customer and market orientation as well as excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of French and German
