The Obergericht is the highest court in the Canton Schaffhausen. It is the appellate instance in civil and criminal matters as well as in administrative and social insurance law disputes. In addition, it is the supervisory authority in debt collection and bankruptcy matters and exercises supervision over all judicial authorities of the canton.

Commercial Employee Justice, 60–80 %

• Administrative processing of proceedings, recording new proceedings, preparation and dispatch of documents
• Counter and telephone services as well as general registry work
• Collaboration in the Obergerichtskanzlei on 3-4 days per week (especially on Wednesday) and representation of registry staff during absences
