We support customers and employees of AXA with innovative solutions on www.axa.ch, in the customer portal MyAXA (Web and App) as well as with our chatbot solution Ada and other conversational customer interaction possibilities (CUI). In doing so, we also collaborate in global teams and networks. We shape and integrate the latest tools, organize hackathons and our agile product teams run self-organized and are independently responsible from A to Z.     What awaits you • You develop innovative solutions for specific customer interactions, from idea generation and business analysis to conception and implementation on various platforms • You design and implement modern interaction solutions on our digital platforms such as axa.ch, the customer portal myAXA and for our chatbot solutions • You actively pass on your knowledge, promote colleagues in the team and are open to being promoted yourself • You take responsibility in the entire development process and actively contribute to an agile and self-organized team   What you bring with you • You already have experience as a Fullstack Engineer and want to contribute and expand your skills from backend to frontend in an interdisciplinary team • You are characterized by an independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working as well as very good analytical and abstraction skills • You have experience with modern frontend technologies, preferably with React or a similar state-of-the-art framework • Your backend tech stack includes experience in .NET (C#), Cloud (Azure), databases (MSSQL) as well as REST • DevOps and agile methods are not foreign terms to you and working in a self-organized team appeals to you • You have very good German skills for smooth communication in the team.
