For our client, a regionally anchored hospital with 2 locations in the beautiful Emmental, we are looking for Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen who are interested in performing temporary assignments. Our client currently has a need for support in the specialist disciplines of Internal Medicine, interdisciplinary Surgery and Gynecology / Urology Requirement Profile ## • Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH • In the case of a foreign diploma, SRK recognition must be present • Ability to quickly adapt to new teams and work environments • Teamwork skills as well as a supportive and proactive way of working • Willingness to pitch in where support is needed • Good organizational skills and the ability to set priorities correctly • Friendly, respectful and professional interaction with patients, relatives as well as interdisciplinary services Tasks ## • You care for and accompany patients in the specialist areas and ensure that the nursing process is adhered to • You document your care and the resulting outcomes • You carry out medical-technical procedures and perform therapies according to prescription • You work interdisciplinary and see yourself as support where it is urgent CarePeople places great value on personal and professional support for employees.
