Your new tasks ###

• Telephone notification
• Active advancing
• Customer contact center delivery support (receiving calls)
• Maintaining the interface delivery support - customer service - delivery service
• Coordination of branch returns for delivery from Suhr

What you bring with you ###

• You have attended commercial or business school and are looking for a one-year commercial internship to obtain the KV degree
• You enjoy working independently and have good PC user skills as well as good oral and written skills in German and preferably French
