Spa Therapist
Job description
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for the warm welcome of clientele, as well as the performance of aesthetic treatments offered by the establishment: massages, facial and body treatments, manicure, pedicure, makeup...
You will ensure strict compliance with the quality standards and procedures in force within the hotel.
Endowed with an excellent sense of service and listening, you will know how to identify the needs of each client in order to ensure a personalized experience. You are also proactive in the sale of treatments and products and actively contribute to the development of the spa's turnover.
You will also be in charge of the welcome at the spa reception: taking care of clients, accompanying them to the treatment room, presenting the premises, and responding to any request or specific need.
Profile sought
You have proven experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally acquired within a 5-star hotel establishment.
Mastery of French, both spoken and written, is indispensable. A good level of English spoken is also necessary in order to be able to take care of an international clientele.
Endowed with an excellent presentation and a sharp sense of service, you demonstrate empathy, dynamism and very good interpersonal skills.
Smiling, professional, autonomous and organized, you know how to adapt quickly to different working environments. Your flexibility and availability are essential in order to respond to the needs of our clients within the framework of temporary assignments.
