ASSOCIAZIONE PIPA IS LOOKING FOR A COORDINATOR
L’Associazione PIPA – Prevenzione Incidenti Persone Anziane, active in the Ticino territory, is looking for a motivated and dynamic professional for the coordination, management, and development of its domestic accident prevention activities, particularly falls in elderly people.
Main duties

• Coordinate, plan, and develop the projects and activities of Associazione PIPA.
• Develop and maintain collaborations with cantonal authorities (relations with SPVS/UMC), Municipalities, associations, and other local partners. Organize and promote courses, training meetings, events, and awareness campaigns.
• Prepare, convene, and coordinate meetings of the Committee and working groups.
• Manage relationships with external consultants, trainers, and professionals involved in the projects.
• Manage the secretariat and the ordinary accounting of the Association.
• Provide information and advice to elderly people and those interested in the Association's prevention activities.

Profile sought

• Training in the socio-health sector, health promotion, public health, social work, or equivalent training.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills, operational autonomy, spirit of initiative, and sense of responsibility.
• Good relational and communication skills, aptitude for network work, and ability to coordinate working groups.
• Good knowledge of the Ticino territory, institutions, and the local network.
• Good command of IT tools and willingness to learn the use of administrative and accounting management programs.
• Knowledge of a second national language.
• Residence in Ticino.

Employment conditions
Degree of employment: from 30% to 40%, to be defined.
Start of activity: January 2027.
Workplace: Bellinzona, with activities throughout the cantonal territory.
Remuneration: according to the salary scale of the employees of the State of the Canton of Ticino; commensurate with skills, professional experience, and responsibilities assumed.
