To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a reliable and solution-oriented personality to maintain our systems domestically and abroad and to ensure that they function reliably and safely.

To strengthen our Railway Automation Business Unit, we are looking for you as

Your tasks

• You maintain and service our level crossing systems and Permanent Warning Systems (PWA) at customer sites domestically and abroad
• You take over technical support, analyze malfunctions, and ensure rapid and competent finding of solutions, by telephone, in writing, or directly on-site, including at our international companies
• As a competent contact person and interface to our customers, you ensure professional support and conduct training and instructions
• You create service orders and ensure reliable documentation and reporting of the work performed in the ERP system
• If required, you support the manufacturing and assembly areas and participate in the on-call team in resolving malfunctions
• You take over the deputy role for the Service Manager and support him in technical and organizational matters

What you bring

• Basic technical training as an electrical installer, electronics technician, automation technician, or comparable
• Professional experience in technical support / After Sales Service; further training in electrical engineering, electronics, or automation at HF/FH level is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and enjoyment of troubleshooting and solution-oriented work
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP, and time recording systems
• Good German, English, and French skills
• Readiness for travel domestically and abroad (approx. 40 %) and on-call duty
• Valid driver's license category B
