Your tasks • Ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines in ongoing production • Scheduling personnel and machines according to the order situation • Serving as the technical point of contact for a team of five specialists and connecting the office and workshop • Getting hands-on yourself in the production of interior fittings, kitchens, cupboards, furniture, and doors • Realizing individual unique pieces in the own workshop • Driving process optimizations and helping to shape the further development of the area • Accompanying three apprentices during their practical training Your profile • Completed training as a Schreiner EFZ with several years of professional experience • Initial experience in a leadership position in production • Additional qualification in the field of manufacturing is an advantage • Confident handling of MS Office • Strong leadership qualities paired with healthy assertiveness • High social competence as well as a flexible, independent, and solution-oriented way of working • Strong quality and safety awareness • German: business fluent (C1) Your perspectives You can expect employment with 42.5 working hours per week with flexible working hour scheduling as well as 25 days of vacation.
