What you can contribute

• Lead the Investment Controlling area in terms of tasks, organization, and human resources, essentially in German but also in French
• Ensure and coordinate project controlling within the specified deadlines (estimates, credit, financing, contracts, and accounting); define the related quality standards and ensure compliance
• Assist the branch manager and project managers regarding investment controlling, planning, and cost control of the project portfolio as well as acquisitions
• Act as the main partner towards the headquarters in the technical areas of investment controlling and accounting
• Assume responsibility for the long-term planning of financial needs and the preparation of the branch's investment programs for national highways
• Assume primary responsibility for the preparation of investment programs and controlling reports

What makes you unique

• ETH/FH degree in civil engineering and good knowledge of business administration or equivalent training in business administration and solid knowledge in the construction field
• Several years of professional experience in project management, particularly in the areas of financial planning, controlling, cost and credit management, as well as accounting
• Experience in personnel management
• Strong social skills, team spirit, ability to make decisions, and great persuasiveness
• Ability to synthesize, global vision, and abstract thinking skills.
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language
