Your field of activity

• Management of various financial accounts in a real estate and corporate environment
• Responsibility for dunning processes and payment transactions
• Collaboration on semi-annual and annual financial statements
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Processing of VAT returns and tax matters
• Management of insurance matters
• Undertaking of further varied tasks in the finance and real estate sector

What you bring with you

• Completed further training in accounting or several years of sound professional experience
• Initial experience in the real estate sector, ideally in real estate accounting
• Good knowledge of an ERP system
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
