Employee in Guest Relations (m/f) 70% # Employee in Guest Relations (m/f) 70% YOUR TASKS • You care for our private patients and HP patients in non-medical matters, organize and fulfill the wishes and needs of private patients • You receive and bid farewell to our private patients and are responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction and supporting the departments in handling complaints • You maintain a good working atmosphere and optimal cooperation with all departments • Administrative tasks and the management as well as the active work with the CRM complete your task profile • The 70%-workload is distributed over five working days per week YOUR PROFILE • You have completed training in the hotel industry or have several years of professional experience in the field of guest relations • You are a communicative, service-oriented and contact-friendly personality • You are skilled in the use of modern IT infrastructure and have a self-employed, reliable and customer-oriented way of working • You work well in a team and are flexible • We require flawless German language skills in writing and speaking, and any additional language is an advantage Maybe we have just the right thing for you!
