Electronics Goods Inward Inspection Tester / PCB Tester (m/f/d) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FOR YOU Goods inward and quality control of electronic components, assemblies, unpopulated (PCB) and populated printed circuit boards (PCBA) Optical inspection and processing inspection based on technical drawings, specifications and testing instructions Detailed inspection for damage, solder quality, correct assembly, markings and completeness Carrying out mass, visual and documentation inspections strictly according to the test plan and quality requirements Inspection of CoC (Certificate of Conformity), test reports, measurement reports, material certificates, proofs of conformity as well as technical manufacturer and supplier documentation Ensuring the completeness and correctness of all accompanying documents according to customer specifications and requirements Creation, processing and tracking of error reports in the event of material, document or supplier deviations Physical blocking and documentation of defective materials as well as active support in root cause analyses and supplier complaints Close, cross-departmental cooperation with the departments of purchasing, development, production, logistics and quality assurance Participation in test plans, testing instructions, testing strategies as well as support with first articles, re-qualifications and technical acceptances WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING Technical training as an electronics technician, electronics assembler EFZ or comparable Experience in goods inward inspection, quality assurance or electronics manufacturing is an advantage Knowledge in PCB/PCBA inspection as well as ideally IPC standards (e.g. IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001) Confident in reading technical drawings, bills of materials, specifications and quality documentation Experience in the SAP environment (preferably error reports) as well as good MS Office skills.
