Zollikofen, Suisse (and home office) \| 80-100% What you can contribute to • Accompany clients in the context of consulting mandates, from the initial idea to transmission for implementation, through to project launch • Identify and analyze needs and requirements, then translate them into solution proposals and decision bases • Conduct feasibility studies and analyses • Provide assistance in cloud strategy consulting and AI services, from identifying use cases to governance • Participate in quality assurance, validation, and integration of operational solutions within OFIT, progressively assuming consulting responsibilities <br /> What makes you unique • Completed vocational training (CFC) with several years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, or requirements engineering; alternatively, a bachelor's degree (HES, university, or EPF) in business administration, computer science, or a related field • Basic knowledge of HERMES, BPMN method, user stories, and use cases, or equivalent knowledge (or willingness to acquire such knowledge in a targeted manner) • Analytical mindset, high learning agility, and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex administrative and IT-related topics, and to communicate comprehensibly (verbally and in writing) with specialists and hierarchical managers • Good active knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a few words With us, you will actively contribute to the digital transformation of the federal administration, from cloud strategy to AI deployment.
