As Head of Quality and Environmental Management (QM/UMS), you are responsible for ensuring and further developing our integrated management system. You ensure compliance with relevant standards and support the management in all quality and environmental issues. Your future tasks Personnel management of the QM, QS and hazardous substances, disposal and environment departments (2 employees) Further development and strategic implementation of the quality management system according to EN ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Ensuring product quality Leadership and coordination of continuous improvement processes (KVP) Planning and execution of internal and external audits Root cause analysis and initiation of corrective and preventive measures Advising and training employees on all quality-related issues Complaint management and control of quality circles Reporting to management and maintenance and further development of the integrated management system (IMS) Ensuring certifications. Planning and accompanying certification audits Your profile Ideally, a completed engineering degree in a technical discipline (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, process engineering) or equivalent further training An additional qualification in environmental management systems and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations would be an advantage.
