October 2026 or by arrangement, a Technical Service Employee 80-100%   Your tasks • Control, monitoring and maintenance of the systems and the building technology • Execution of necessary repairs and renovations to the infrastructure • Various maintenance, cleaning and environmental works • Accompanying and monitoring the work carried out by external companies • Responsibility for waste management • Active support of internal and external events • Trips and accompaniment for our guests • Comprehensive service provider for guests and the team • General administrative tasks Your profile • Specialist in facility management EFZ or comparable, manual vocational training • Good IT skills • Readiness for assignments on weekends • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
