Your role ##

• You support our customers in the implementation, optimization, and further development of the Abacus modules SVM (Service & Contract Management) and PROJ (Project Management)
• You analyze processes, recognize potential, and develop suitable solutions
• You carry out projects independently - from conception to successful go-live
• You parameterize, test, and ensure that solutions are convincing in everyday life
• You conduct workshops and training sessions and become a trusted contact person for our customers
• You actively contribute your knowledge and ideas to our team and our further development

Your profile ##

• Experience with Abacus required - ideally with the modules SVM and/or PROJ
• Enjoyment of customer contact, consulting, and solution-oriented working
• Understanding of business processes and their digital implementation
• Independent, structured way of working and initiative
• Very good German skills
• Openness to learning new things and celebrating successes together
