Then shape the shopping experience of tomorrow with us! ## To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Cashier/Customer Service Employee 50% (m/f/d), permanent, at the Solothurn location, starting 01.09.2026. ## Your responsibility • You take care of customer concerns and complaints and develop solutions quickly and confidently. • You ensure comprehensive and competent advice in the assortment and service area, which includes both our offline and online offerings. • You process webshop orders for our customers via tablet, thus creating a unique, comprehensive shopping experience. • You are the contact point for E-Shop collections and E-Shop returns. • You are an expert for our Manor World Mastercard and our loyalty programs. • You undertake general administrative activities in the back office. Your profile • Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail or the commercial sector. • You have experience in an equivalent activity, preferably in customer service. • You are a communicative personality and enjoy being in contact with various stakeholders. • You can handle a high frequency of customers and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. • You are a team player and value a well-groomed appearance and exemplary manners. • You have good IT skills and are proficient in using common Office applications. • You speak fluent German and, advantageously, have knowledge of another national language. • You have a flawless debt collection register and criminal record extract.
