• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in the forwarding sector
• Experience in loading equipment management and initial experience in processing damage cases
• Experience in handling ERP systems and MS Office
• Good organizational skills and resilience as well as solution-oriented action
• Very good German skills

YOUR TASKS: ###

• Full participation in daily operational business
• Recording, processing, and handling of damage cases
• Managing loading equipment controlling
• Reconciling loading equipment balances with customers and partners
• Telephone and written communication with customers
• Active interface communication within the team and with partners
