Le Bistrot – Oenothèque du Chauffage Compris, composed of two establishments in the pedestrian zone of Neuchâtel

Your missions:

• Provide a quality welcome, service, and amenities
• Perform the setup of the restaurant and the bar
• Perform order taking (from outside customers, in the dining room, etc...)
• Transmit orders to the kitchen
• Serve and clear plates, cutlery, glasses on customers' tables
• Invoice the services
• Welcome and serve customers/patients at the restaurant/bar
• Manage the cash float
• Perform dishwashing and put away the dishes
• Work in split or direct shifts

Imperatives:

• Professional training in catering + experience
• Mastery of written, read, and spoken French
• Second language mandatory, English or German
• Good elocution
