Experienced real estate accountant(e), 100%

Your challenge!

• Responsibility for a portfolio of buildings
• Management of rent collections and supplier payments
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual closings
• Preparation of heating, hot water, and service charge statements
• Preparation of buyer/seller statements
• Accounting reporting for clients
• Management of the taking on and loss of mandates
• Participation in owner meetings
