Production Experts (m/f/d) / GMP / Pharma / Production / Compounding / Freeze & Thaw / Cleanroom Class C/D / MES / electronic manufacturing documentation Project: For our client, we are looking for a production expert (m/f/d) in shift operation for the Compounding, Raw Material & Equipment (CoRE) area at the Kaiseraugst production site. The area is part of the "Sterile Filling" Manufacturing Unit and specializes in the manufacture of solutions for liquid dosage forms as well as freeze-&-thaw activities, equipment, and stopper treatment. As a production expert (m/f/d), you are part of the production team and contribute to ensuring a smooth, GMP-compliant, and quality-compliant production process. Your tasks include, among others, the operation and monitoring of freeze-&-thaw systems, the performance of compounding processes, and the preparation, cleaning, and sterilization of equipment and primary packaging in cleanroom classes C and D. The processes are carried out under strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and electronic manufacturing documentation (MES). Tasks & Responsibilities: • Freeze & Thaw: Operation and monitoring of specialized F/T systems for the controlled thawing and freezing of APIs. • Compounding: Execution of weighing, preparation, and mixing processes for the further processing of thawed APIs and excipients into finished pharmaceutical solutions. • Equipment & Stopper Treatment: Preparation, cleaning, sterilization of primary packaging and production equipment in cleanroom classes D and C. • Process Execution: Exact execution of manufacturing instructions (MES) according to cGMP guidelines. • Process Monitoring: Sampling, monitoring of process parameters, and documentation of deviations. • Cleanroom & Plant Hygiene: CIP/SIP processes, manual cleaning, and strict adherence to hygiene guidelines.
