For our Steinhausen/ZG site, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer m/f/d 100% to complete our team of experts.

Your future work content
In this role, you will actively shape the software development platform with a modern DevOps mindset and using AI tools - from introduction to continuous development through to operations.

• Development, operation, and maintenance of the on-site CI/CD infrastructure, including monitoring and troubleshooting of pipelines as well as the introduction of new Quality Gates
• Maintain the complete development environment up to date while respecting security directives
• Integration and scaling of modern AI tools to increase productivity in software development
• Measurement and continuous improvement of development productivity through the targeted use of AI technologies
• Support and coaching of software developers in the use of AI for coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, and documentation
• Participation in software development, conducting design and code reviews as well as writing technical documentation
• Implementation of automated tests to ensure quality and maintainability
• Active collaboration within a Scrum team as well as interdisciplinary collaboration in the project with collaborators from other departments and also at other sites
• Active participation in creating an AI-First engineering culture and in the development of AI-assisted development processes, as well as best practices

What speaks in your favor
Are you passionate about modern technologies for software development and want to participate actively? Then ideally you bring the following elements:

• Completed degree (FH/Uni/ETH) in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Good knowledge of technologies and programming languages such as GitLab, Docker for Windows and Linux, Python, PowerShell, Bash, as well as common package managers
• Knowledge of C++, C#, Rest API and web technologies is an advantage
• Very good experience with modern AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or comparable platforms
• Good knowledge of Prompt Engineering for large language models
• Spirit of innovation, personal initiative and interest in the successful evaluation and introduction of new AI technologies in the organization
• Excellent communication skills in German and English are indispensable
