Experienced Technical Product Manager (all) 80-100% You are enthusiastic about... * responsibility for product vision, strategy, and roadmap of your technical products, including investment decisions and measurable goals for usage, customer benefit, and profitability * Product Discovery in direct exchange with customers, users, and partners: understanding relevant problems, recognizing market needs, testing hypotheses, and combining customer feedback with data to make well-founded product decisions * setting clear priorities across divisional and project boundaries: weighing opportunities, effort, risks, and dependencies and making conscious decisions on which projects are pursued, postponed, or ended * collaboration with Software Engineers and architects to assess technical options and balance customer benefit, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability * dialogue with customers, strategic partners, and Senior Management: communicating product strategy and technical contexts in an understandable way, disclosing conflicts of interest, and bringing about viable decisions * the successful introduction and further development of your products: shaping positioning, benefit argumentation, and market launch together with sales and other teams and learning from actual usage You impress us... * with several years of experience in Product Management of technically demanding software or platform products. You understand system architectures, interfaces, and technical dependencies deeply enough to question solution approaches and assess their consequences for the product * with practical experience in Product Discovery and your judgment regarding conflicting requirements and limited resources. You create orientation, make reasoned decisions even when information is incomplete, and adjust your course when new insights require it * with confident, target-group-oriented communication regarding technical details as well as towards Senior Management, C-Level, customers, and strategic partners.
