Customer Advisor Foreign Clients (a) Workload 80-100% Workplace Bern-Bundesplatz How you inspire You are the contact person for your customers, primarily domiciled abroad, committed and responsible, especially in telephone and written contact You are responsible for the administration and development of your own client portfolio. This includes the continuous analysis and optimization of existing processes as well as the identification and implementation of opportunities for improvement You ensure strict compliance with all internal and external compliance and cross-border guidelines You work side by side with your team members, other specialists, and provide support to your BEKB colleagues with your know-how You are well-anchored and ready to constantly expand your network What you bring You have several years of professional experience in banking, ideally with proven experience in cross-border business, financing business, and asset management Supporting demanding customers is nothing new to you and gives you great pleasure You have a high degree of customer and service orientation and implementation strength; you carry out compliance clarifications independently, precisely, and with the necessary assertiveness You actively support and maintain contact with our customers, stakeholders, and financial coaches with enthusiasm You have a confident command of the German language in spoken and written form, and possess very good language skills, preferably also in French/English We are committed to you!
