Your main tasks

• Responsible for the changeover, commissioning, and optimization of the production plants
• Monitoring production runs and ensuring smooth processes
• Recording and maintaining important operational and machine data (e.g., parameter standards, shift reports)
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work on machines and tools
• Development and maintenance of training documents for colleagues
• Training and instruction of production employees at the plants
• Active participation in the improvement of processes and plant parameters

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., polymechanic, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic, plant operator, etc.)
• Several years of experience in a production plant with the support and maintenance of production plants
• Very good German skills, English skills an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts (weekly change between early/late shift) and occasional Saturday assignments
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
• Hygiene and GMP awareness
• Analytical and process-oriented way of working as well as a quick grasp of things
• Enjoyment of teamwork, knowledge transfer, and independent organization
