What you achieve daily • You recruit high-performing customer advisors - also cross-industry talents - and introduce them to the company in a structured and performance-oriented manner. • You actively shape the sales strategy and ensure its consistent and successful implementation. • With foresight, you plan and implement marketing and sales activities, always keeping goal achievement in focus. • In your role, you personally accompany your employees, place great emphasis on individual development and contribute to a motivating and successful sales culture. What you bring • You have several years of experience in field sales, ideally in the insurance environment, have a higher professional education with a federal diploma (e.g. health/social insurance specialist, sales manager or business economist) and ideally already have VBV certification or are willing to obtain it. • As a leader, you are characterized by entrepreneurial spirit, implementation strength and sense of responsibility. • With your pronounced communication skills, you inspire people and cultivate relationships with pleasure and conviction. • Your independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working enables you to efficiently and pragmatically overcome challenges. • Thanks to your strong roots in the Zürich region, you have a valuable network and cultivate sustainable relationships.
