SMIG146 Service des migrations (SMIG) \- Office de l'in Manager of teachers for migrants at 80% SMIG146 Service des migrations (SMIG) \- Office de l'intégration et de la formation du domaine de l'asile (OIFA) The mission of OIFA is to promote the social and professional integration of people from migration backgrounds, through training, support, and insertion measures. The objective is to enable them to achieve the autonomy necessary to participate in economic and social life. The training component includes a basic skills teaching pole (French, mathematics, and computer science). Based in Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds, the ESPACE structure counts 17 teachers, a course coordinator, and an andragogical manager. Your missions In your capacity as manager of teachers in basic skills and course coordinator, you lead and supervise a team of 18 collaborators and report directly to the head of office. In this capacity, you supervise all missions affiliated with it, whether teaching, organizational aspects of the courses, or their administrative management. You ensure all tasks relating to the operational management of the teachers, manage HR aspects (controls, planning of replacements, compliance with the regulatory framework) and are also responsible for the recruitment and supervision of civil service workers. In close collaboration with the staff under your charge, you share your schedule between the 2 teaching sites of Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds. You lead meetings and working groups on different themes specific to ensuring and maintaining the quality of services. Furthermore, you collaborate closely with the head of office, the andragogical manager, the professionals working within the structure, as well as with external partners. You actively contribute to team cohesion, the maintenance of a positive collective dynamic, and the proper functioning of the ESPACE structure. Finally, you represent the OIFA teaching pole in various external meetings and commissions. Your profile Benefiting from a university education or a degree deemed equivalent, ideally in the field of adult education or human sciences, you justify at least 5 years of experience in the teaching environment and team management. Continuing education in human resources management is an asset. Responsible, committed, and endowed with excellent interpersonal qualities, you understand current pedagogical issues. Your analytical mind allows you to unite the teaching team, lead working sessions, and arbitrate disputes with diplomacy. This position requires great ease in administrative tasks and personnel management as well as proven skills in the andragogical field, preferably with an allophone audience. You value teamwork and demonstrate a fine knowledge of migration issues. Organized and comfortable with IT tools, you also possess solid writing skills and a real capacity to initiate, structure, and successfully complete projects.
