IAM Engineer (f/m/d)

On behalf of our client based in Fribourg, we are looking for an IAM Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for contributing to the implementation, evolution, and operational maintenance of IAM services in a Microsoft and application environment.

Your mission

• Contribute to the implementation and evolution of IAM processes such as provisioning from a source of truth, identity lifecycle management, recertification, Privileged Identity Management, and Conditional Access Policies.
• Support project teams in defining the application security model and in choosing the OAuth flows to be implemented.
• Configure App registrations in Azure and Entra ID for authentication (OIDC/OAuth, SAML), group-based authorizations and provisioning via SCIM, as well as rights on Azure application resources.
• Administer the application access portal, notably through the configuration of Entitlement Management on Entra ID.
• Ensure the operational maintenance of the IAM platform, provide level 3 support, handle tickets and incidents related to the IAM domain, and produce clear and exploitable documentation.

Your profile

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the IAM field, with solid technical skills in an IAM solution; knowledge of EmpowerID is an asset.
• Proven experience in identity and access management as well as with associated technologies, notably SSO, MFA, and PIM.
• Practical experience with PowerShell and SQL Server, with task automation via scripts, execution of recurring scripts, understanding of data models, and writing simple SQL queries; knowledge of complex queries and T-SQL is a plus.
• Good mastery of Microsoft Entra ID and AD, particularly regarding Users, Groups, Roles, and Identity Governance; knowledge of Microsoft Entra Connect and MTO is a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure, notably Azure RBAC and Conditional Access Policies, as well as knowledge of OAuth/OIDC, SAML, and SCIM protocols, with the ability to support development teams in their implementation; practical knowledge of DevOps is expected.
• Current residence near Fribourg desired.
